The 10 team were tasked with giving a new lease of life to one of the UK’s largest Marina complex’s.
The project’s intension is to reposition Brighton Marina to both serve and entice a more affluent audience and improve the overall perception of the Marina in conjunction with planned new developments and an exciting new brand line up.
The rebrand will be the third project that we have covered on behalf of Landsec, the largest commercial property development and investment company in the UK, following successful rebrands for two of its other major properties, Xscape in Castleford and Milton Keynes and London’s historic West India Quay.
David Worthington, Managing Director of 10 Associates, added: “After our team visited the Marina, quizzed various stakeholders, customers and did a full recce of the complex. It’s challenges and potential was evident. The Marina serves both the local and tourist catchment, it houses some great memories and experiences for people and the new brand and planned improvements will pave the way for a new exciting future for the Marina and the people and businesses who embody it”.
