The Challenge

Having established AO’s visual identity back in 2013, we were asked to take their hugely successful brand into the graduate recruitment arena. Competition for the best graduates is tough, so to get AO on their radars we needed to turn heads and show people that AO was ahead of the game.

The Approach

Our AO Go Grad Scheme made its first big splash at the Manchester Graduate Fair. To grab as much attention as possible we put VR right at the heart of the experience, using headsets to create a 360 Virtual Tour that really brought the experience of working for AO to life. It helped them talk to students about AO and its unique culture, while outlining their graduate scheme and promoting their amazing opportunities.

The Result

After the success of our graduate recruitment work, we were asked to take the same engaging thinking and apply it across a broader AO Employer Engagement platform including leaflets and their employee website.
